Key objectives of this role include;
1. Establishing a marketing plan and budget to support revenue growth objectives of NMS business in Greater China;
a. Increase Brand awareness amongst large corporations
b. Drive Infosys commitment to City of Shanghai
c. Improve industry engagement for Key focus areas
i. Key event participation
ii. Create speaking opportunities for Infosys
iii. Membership in Industry Forums
d. Drive formulation and establishment of Infosys Branded Industry Forum
e. Identify and drive 1 or 2 Key GTM partnerships
f. Increase visibility and access to market through better Analyst relations
g. Strategic engagement of business schools to improve access to future leaders
2. Develop and review sales enablement and customer engagement plans
a. Social engagement through the year
3. Gather competitive market information and establish a mechanism to maintain regular updates
4. Own and execute the marketing plan by leveraging and engaging local resources as well as teams across Infosys globally.
Location: Shanghai
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of experience and should have performed all or many of these activities in recent past
• Recent experience working in Shanghai/ China
• Strong Bi-lingual written and Oral skills
• Diligent, Presentable and capable of driving senior level professional conversations
• Past experience in either Retail, Manufacturing or Banking is preferred
• Ability to comprehend and demonstrate how to leverage marketing to support growth
