猎头职位：ID Director/Manager
工作地点：深圳或上海
下属人数：40人左右
responsibility岗位职责
-Manage global art direction, based on the inputs given by the PSM Director.
-Ensure the coherence of the programs developed within the Industrial Design Department.
-Guarantee the products quality all along technical and industrialization studies.
-Allocate available resources to match the ID objectives and needs.
-Represent the Industrial Design Department with regards to other departments, from projects point of view.
-Ensure the coherence of each project with the design policy of the Design Department.
-Realise all product design studies needed by Product and Solutions (Projects), in respect of constraints and objectives given.
-Guarantee the quality of services and ensure that delivery dates are met.
-Assist the other departments in the realisation of their mission when linked to the product design.
-Contribute to advanced design researches about products and peripherals, taking into account new technologies and design trends in the consumer electronics field
-Contribute to ensure reactive and proactive "out of projects" studies.

Good technical knowledge.
Good ‘international Design’ level is requested ( styles, materials, colors,…).
Ability to work with strong constraints
Team working spirit, but also ability to self-government.
Software: Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw.
Diploma from a design schools/university mandatory.
5 years experience in design consultancy or in-house design centre, ideally on consumer electronics products.
