The purpose of this position is to lead purchasing team to take full responsibility of purchasing operation function to comply with PVM business grows. In charge of purchasing relevant procedures optimization, material planning and purchasing, supplier sourcing and development, material price management, KPI target setting and execution. To play a leading/positive cooperative role in projects of new product launch and cost saving/re-engineering. As the leader of the team, full responsible for continuous team grow to be in line of fast grow of the company business.
设立此职位的目的是领导采购团队全面负责采购运作,满足PVM业务发展要求。负责完善采购相关流程，物料计划，采购，供应商开发和管理，物料价格管理，关键业务指标设立和执行。积极协调相关部门负责新产品开发和成本控制项目管理。 作为团队领导者，全面负责采购团队建设和发展满足公司业务发展的需要。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. Lead purchasing team to develop and implement yearly supplier and material sourcing strategy for package materials and raw materials to ensure all material supply can fully meet production demand at PVM china plant with good quality and more competitive purchasing cost in strategic level.
带领采购团队发展并完成年度包装材料，原材料的供应商和产品开发战略规划确保所有材料的采购供应完全满足PVM中国工厂的生产需求并获得令人满意的产品质量和竞争性的产品价格。
2. Source and develop new potential qualified supplier and current supplier resource to achieve competitive purchasing position and reliable service level to meet the request of PVM grow.
发展和培养新的潜在供应商和现有供应商资源以获得更有竞争性的采购活动和更稳定持久的供应服务水平满足公司不断发展的业务需求。
3. Optimize supplier management through the performance evaluation program to get continuous improvement at supplier performance level in terms of delivery, quality and service.

4. Cooperate with P&T/marketing to achieve the yearly material development plan and cost re-engineering project

5. Establish and optimize price system of identified key material market trend and strategically work with suppliers on obtaining competitive purchasing advantage.

6. Lead purchasing team to accomplish the material plan for all direct materials through SAP MRP to execute the monthly, weekly and daily purchasing order and delivery plan in sku level and manage material supply to be in line with demand change
领导采购团队通过SAP MRP作业执行所有直接生产材料的物料需求计划，制定相关月/周/日物料采购定单和到货计划,管理物料供应使其能满足生产计划变动的需求。
7. Manage purchasing orders of all raw materials, package materials, indirect materials and POPs to satisfy production plan and other corresponding requirements, settle the material quality and supply issue in operation process to improve the material availability and delivery stability.
管理所有原材料，包装材料, 非生产性物料和促销品采购定单满足生产计划要求和其他相关需求,解决在供应运作环节中的产品质量和供应问题以提高物料的可获得性和交货的稳定性.
8. Work with P&T to collect and effective manage all required certificate and documentation for business development of new qualified suppliers.

9. As the head of purchasing function, build up, coach and manage the purchasing team with high professional, growing ability and result-orientation to comply the company’s business target.

Experience
经验 - 6 years or above working experience of sourcing and material planning in FMCG manufacturing environment. Minimum 3 years as department head.
6年或6年以上快速消费品制造企业的供应商开发/管理和物料计划/采购经验。至少3年经理职位的工作经验 - Working experience in areas of other areas in supply chain.
