1. Participate in the design and programming of Shanghai Plant Project and new product project, new product line; to organize implement and monitor the project. To support the National Project Manager / M&E Manager to complete the relevant project on time and on quality
参与设计和规划上海工厂的工程项目和新产品项目、产品线；工程项目的组织，实施和监控。协助全国项目经理/制造工程经理按计划保质量完成相关工程项目。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. To establish Project Plan, Budget, Schedule of process and detail rules of implementation.
负责编制项目方案、预算、进度计划和实施细则。
2. Support to seek suitable supplier to ensure project quality and projects cost reasonable.
协助寻找合适的供应商并确保项目质量及合理成本。
3. Participate in the design and implementation of the project, and coordinate to solve the problems during the process.
参与项目设计和具体实施，协调解决项目实施中出现的问题。
4. Responsible for the follow-up issues and technical support after project finished.
负责项目完成后的跟进与技术支持。
5. Establish the process of equipments operation and maintenance; make training of operation and maintenance.
编制新设备操作及维护保养程序，及员工操作与维护培训。
6. Provide technical support for machine / equipment operation and continues improvement suggestion.
对工厂设备、系统的运作提供技术支持和不断改进的意见。
7. Responsible for the daily management and performance appraisal of subordinates.
负责对其下属的日常工作管理和绩效评估。
8. Make training and coaching of project team.
培训和指导团队人员的日常工作。
9. Understand and familiar with EHS knowledge and rules of law, and carry out to the implementation of new project, equipment operation and prevented maintenance.
熟悉和了解健康，安全，卫生方面的法规及知识，并将其贯彻到相关的新工程项目实施及设备、系统的正常运作与预防维修过程中。
10. Other task from manager.
上级安排的其他任务。

能力 1） Good concepts in the logical aspects of overall process design (Must)
要求具有良好的整体工艺流程设计概念，体现于逻辑方面（必须）
2） Be familiar with Tank, Pipe design (Must)
对TANK， PIPE等的设计非常熟悉（必须）
3） Must have high functional competency of mechanical designing, familiar with relevant Equipments, and facilities management which he/she is responsible for currently. Knowing boiler, refrigerator and air-condition is preferable.
必须具备很强的机械方面设计能力, 熟悉相关的设备，熟悉公用设施,如锅炉,制冷机,空调等设备更佳。
4） Understand the mechanical requirement of food machine.
对食品机械要求有一定的了解
5） Have the knowledge of Electrical
于电气方面有一定的基础
6） Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
熟练使用MS Office, Microsoft Project和AutoCAD设计。
1） Fluent English in speaking, listening, writing and reading.
良好的英语读写能力。
2） Good team co-operation and good communication capabilities.
良好的团队合作及沟通能力。
Knowledge
知识 1） Rich and solid mechanical technology and knowledge.
扎实的机械知识。 1） Knowledge of Project Management and GMP Management.

Education Background
教育背景 1） Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering.
本科及以上学历，具有机械工程专业背景。
Experience
经验 1） 8+ years’ working experience in Mechanical Industry.
八年以上机械从业工作经验。
