Responsibilities:
+ Management of China operations in coordination with the headquarter in Germany
+ Develop the organization and the business locally according to the global strategy
+ Coach and Develop key staff for the organization
+ Engage with international clients in coordination with headquarters in order to grow local sales
+ Develop and maintain local clients
+ Direct management of department heads
+ Management and control of the day-to-day operations
+ Meeting annual growth and operation targets set by headquarter
+ Facilitating the group-wide work and communication flow
+ Supervise, check and evaluate subordinates; Coordinate and communicate between departments
+ Comprehensively report results to the Headquarters in Germany
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or higher
+ Preferably a degree in a relevant technical discipline such as mechanical or automotive engineering
+ An Automotive Executive with 10+ years of management experience and success in achieving revenue and delivery goals
+ At least 5+ years experience selling to senior decision makers in the Automotive Industry in China
+ Have direct Sales Channel Management experience
+ Strong Sales Track Record
+ Experience with International and Local Automotive OEMs
+ Proven ability to excel in a operation with cross-functional responsibility in China
+ Experience working with critical power train and engine components preferred
+ Effective analyst and problem solver
+ Effective and efficient communicator
+ Team building, mentoring and leadership skills
+ Strong cross-cultural understanding
+ Ability to drive regional business strategies and implement associated tactical plans
+ Well-developed commercial understanding including strategic account management, sales process management and negotiations
+ High level of integrity
+ High level of empathy to handling a diverse set of personalities and situations
+ Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills
+ Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Highly motivated and successful individual who can attract talented additions to the company's China team, and build and maintain a positive, challenging and dynamic work environment for their reports
+ Self-motivated and directed
+ Willingness to live and work in Shanghai
+ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
+ Knowledge of German preferred
