Client:
World market leader in in-house rapid PCB prototyping and Stencil Laser services
Salary:
Up to RMB 10,000 / month (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Jiading District, Shanghai, China
Reporting to:
Technical Service Manager
Travelling:
Extensively within South East Asia (2 - 3 weeks / month)
Recruitment process:
+ CV Screening
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for the repair / maintenance of laser systems
+ Execute installations and training of laser systems
+ Provide after sales support such as diagnosis of problem cause, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
+ Coordinate with support teams for problem solving activities
+ Prepare the reports and documents on maintenance
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or above
+ More than 2 years of relevant working experience in PCB or electronic industry, experience in technical support for machinery in PCB industry and good practical experience in finding solutions to technical problems
+ Working experience with laser machinery and experience as Service Engineer in international companies preferred
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Effective and efficient communication skills and customer - focused
+ Ability of working independently and under pressure
+ Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
+ Willingness to extensively travel within South East Asia (2 - 3 weeks / month) and overseas for training purposes, willingness to engage in long-term employment and to live and work in Shanghai
