Report to :Sr. Director of Finance, China Center of Excellence
Salary: 800K/Y+
Requirements:
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including USA Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and China statutory requirements.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (Oracle preferred).
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
• Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
• This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting, five to ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, and a CPA.
• Experience working in a multinational environment using Enterprise wide Global accounting and budgeting systems preferred
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Key Performance Metrics:
Provide overall financial guidance to the business and maintain financial control over the assets of the company.
• Meet Corporate reporting deadlines
• Ability to meet all reporting deadlines of the company
• Conformance with all corporate and local financial policies
• Operate within budget targets as set by senior management
