.NET Project Leader
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of project including BA, HLD, LLD, Coding, Testing and Deployment
2. Execute the project based on Infosys and CMMI quality process guidelines
3. PL will assume ownership for client communications. Role requires interaction with International clientele and achieving Customer Satisfaction
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science and related major.
2. CET4 is a must
3. 5 years of experience in .Net platform Net platform is a must
4. The ability to quickly learn and gain an in-depth understanding of the Domain and the associated processes
5. Good Communication Skills ( English), ability to communicate with international customer directly would be a plus
6. Good team player.
J2EE Project Leader
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1) Strong analysis skills
2) Very good written and oral communication skills
3) Knowledge of Microsoft ITLC processes including Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
4) Experience with writing Functional Specifications documents
5) do technical review on design
Key Requirements
1) BS or above in Computer Science or business related
2) above 8 years of working experience in DotNet
3) Familar with the following skills:Microsoft Project 2007Microsoft Office (Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Visio 2007)Able to do technical review on design
4) Basic knowledge of MS CRM 4.0 and Customer Support & Services domain
5) Ability to write SQL queries
6) Hands on experience in the areas of project management such as Project estimation, scheduling, tracking, scope management, risk management and issue management
7) Able to motivate and mentor the team8) Good written and oral communication skill in both English and Chinese
.Net 架构师 Technical Architect
主要职责
1) 规划和设计系统的整体架构，包括技术架构和业务架构并实现原型
2) 能概念表达和设计解决方案
3) 在技术上指导和监督整个团队，并对逻辑概念，性能和可扩展性进行检查
4) 能通过解决方案写具体计划书
关键要求
1) 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业
2) 八年以上相关工作经验
3) 精通 .NET 架构组件，包括ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, WPF, WCF & WWF
4) 精通相关工具和产品， 包括SharePoint, BizTalk
5) 具有良好的中英文读写能力
6) 有较强的沟通能力。乐于接受挑战，具有团队精神和领导能力
Key Responsibilities
1) Ability to Architect solutions and create – Logical, Technical, Deployment Architecture
2) Ability to conceptualize and design solutions
3) Guide and mentor teams on technology, conduct proof of concepts, validations from performance, scalability considerations 4) Work on Proposals from Solution Design & Sizing
Key Requirements
1) Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related
2) over 8 years of related working experience
3) Expert in .NET Architecture components including ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, WPF, WCF & WWF
4) Experience in tools & products such as SharePoint, BizTalk
5) Good written & oral communication skills in both English & Chinese
6) Self motivator and fast learner with also Good attitude in team collaboration
