Description:
Provides technical expertise and consultation for system solution implementation to customer based on Aeroflex PXI family products. Is focused during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services.
Understands customers’ environment and challenges, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction according to customer’s timeline. Ensures that our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. Works on system/business development assignments with clearly defined objectives.
Responsibilities:
1)Being a System Architect and Consultant to design, develop & integrate PXI test system solutions for mobile communication & emerging wireless technologies;
2)Develop ATE software architecture and codes
3)Support sales team to present and demonstrate PXI system solutions;
4)Manage key projects and drive the business from technical standpoint together with sales;
5)Actively and independently interact with business units, sales counterparts and MNC customers and their partners both in country and across the globe.
6)Harnessing resources across departments to coordinate project development work to meet both quality and timeline requirements.
7)Engaging with senior level management within the company and at customer sites to promote PXI solutions and get commitment to drive the business
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related discipline. Must be in RF/Wireless field. More than 8 years of practical experience in RF/wireless test/development/manufacturing environment
1) Ability to make decisions and produce results in ambiguous environment
2) Strong leadership, presentation, teamwork & project management skills to solve customer issues in a cross-functional global organization.
3) Strong verbal & written customer communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
4) Customer oriented and passion to focus and drive for closure on customer projects
5) Proven flexibility – ability to deal with ambiguity, take and manage risks, learn quickly and adapt.
6)40-50% travel mainly within China is required
Strong programming experiences in Visual Basics, Labwindows CVI, C, C++ will be a must.
