Job Title: Sales Manager - Photovoltaic, SHA, SP, SM
Location: Shanghai
Main Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for revenue and contribution growth in China
Target and close key opportunities for backsheet offerings, driving overall sales performance
Work seamlessly with Technology colleagues in sales penetration efforts
Work closely with commercial colleagues throughout Asia to broaden sales coverage
Implement business strategies in China and other Asian nations, in coordination with global product line strategies
Work closely with Regional and Global Business Managers to provide input to overall strategy development
Develop clear understanding of industry environments, including value chains, business drivers and competitive environment to help create plans for creating value
Responsible for timely identification and communication of market trends, technical developments, competitive activities and business opportunities that will impact the business
Interface regularly with key customers and partners to establish high level business relationships
Qualifications
Attributes / Skills Required:
Strong business acumen, bias for action and results-oriented
Customer focus
Ability to provide leadership and drive results through a matrix organization
Comfortable with 40+% travel
Ability to work well across cultures
Experience in a global organization, developing partnerships with peers in other regions
Ability to move between tactical and strategic approaches depending on the situation
Experience / Education Required
Bachelors degree (Chemical preferred), Masters degree (Business preferred)
5 years of sales and/or marketing experience; Direct experience working in or with the Chinese photovoltaic Industry, especially with respect to module manufacture
Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
PC literate
Between 28-35 years of age
