Regional Sales Manager – North China
Our client is a global leading industrial company with diversified products range and is a global leader in the measurement industry. Due to their increased activities in China Region, an opportunity has now arisen for the role of Regional Sales Manager-North China, to take the responsibilities for further developing the company’s strategies and businesses.
Key Job Characteristics:
Oversee and supervise sales representatives
Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports on products and pricing trends
Build a profitable and high-profile business unit in assigned region, driving sales and delivery of sales through direct and indirect sales channels
Provide direction and day-to-day management of sales people
Provide leadership and guidance to all sales staff located within the region
Recruit, qualify and manage sales force to meet profitability goals
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Role Competencies & Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:

The skill to put others in a position to react in this context on their own initiative to deviations using effective measures

The skill to adjust verbal and non-verbal action in interpersonal relationships to the situation and to react appropriately to the reactions of others.
The skill to acquire specific information and forward it
Requirements:
Education:
University degree in technical engineering, or relevant subjects
Experiences:
Experience in business management and thorough knowledge of product range in IMT industry or machine tool industry
Excellent experience of the business environment for CMM in China, especially in North China
Other skills:
Use of computer software
Supervisory techniques
Work results-oriented
Provide positive leadership to the organization
Communication techniques
Problem solving
Negotiating outside contacts
Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions
