Regional Nutrition Training Manager
Working location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the improvement of the core competency of the nutrition team
To support the daily practice of nutrition team by guiding and correcting the non-WHO code compliance behavior to reduce the overall business risk for the company
Be responsible for the training and development of the nutrition team of the responsible region, including Training Plan & Schedule, Course Development(Product knowledge, AFB, field coaching), Training conduction, Training effectiveness monitoring for the regions.
To develop action plan for WHO code compliance on yearly progress basis to ensure the corporate WHO code compliance target achieved.
To track the plan implementation of the WHO code compliance, investigate the nutrition field practice through regular field visit, and provide recommendation for nutrition team practice improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in medical or nutrition science
4 years and above experience in training, field practice, or regulatory from nutrition or pharmaceutical industry
2 years above supervisory experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of medical, nutrition, effective selling skills, presentation skills, management skills, field coaching skills
