Position: China Sales Manager
General Purpose of the Position:
(Note: General description of this position’s responsibility and purpose)
Leading the China sales team to ensure the sales goal in compliance with the company strategy, explore the market to set up successful customer network and manage the China sales team; provide most up-to-date marketing analysis to meet company objective; lead China sales team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibility:

1. Developing China market strategy and marketing plan in the certain timeline basis which is in line with the company strategy and meet the targeted sales goals
2. Implementing pricing strategies to ensure competitive edge of Steering products in the market
3. Develop China sales strategy, grow the business and achieve annual sales target
4. Overall China Customer Management for Steering business
5. Explore the market for potential and set up customer relationship network
6. To ensure products meet customers’ needs so as to have a successful and smooth launch in the market
7. Participate in conference calls to communicate regional issues, support approvals, and communicate market and customer information
8. Lead and participate in customer product demonstrations activities, like tech shows, exhibits, ride and drive events
9. Managing performance appraisal of the China sales team and coaching the team
10. Lead sales budget plan and control process
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
(Note: Determine the necessary competence for personnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, education background, language skill requirement, character and so on)
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is highly preferred
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as leadership skills
3. Excellent English communication skills
4. Excellent presentation skills
5. Good client relation management skills
6. Frequent travel is required
7. Vision – ability to see the big picture
8. Maturity – ability and confidence to lead a team to
Experience:
(Note: Determine necessary related working experience for personnel to be competent)
1. 7-10 years sales experience in auto industry
2. Technical experience or background in auto industry is highly preferred but not mandatory
3. Strong China automotive OEM relationship
