8+ Years of IT and 2+ Years of Program Management is required
To be a SPOC for the customer for the delivery of all the projects in the APAC region.
Experience with Customer mapping & Relationship management
Support customers to meet their objectives
Act as a point of escalation for the customer
Works with the Global Account manager for business growth
Works with the offshore delivery manager to achieve Wipro’s objectives and targets.
Conversant with WIPRO process and Offshore, onsite execution models.
Reviews projects with Wipro and Customer stake holders.
Identify opportunities for other projects, in the account.
Travel to other countries in the region.
Must have experience of working with Global Customers from different countries, cultures and languages.
Experience in working with customers from Japan, China and Thailand is an added advantage.
