工作职责
• Provide business consulting service to global telecommunication service providers with the objective of helping Customers to address their business challenges by understanding their business drivers & requirements, and recommending/delivering unique business solutions that aligns with Huawei company direction and core value.
• Be responsible for managing the overall consulting process from issue analysis, opportunity identification to solution proposal/delivery. He/she may need to work with other specialists/experts in the Company to ensure the solution recommendations are comprehensive, effective and contribute to the Customer’s business success.
• Produce the necessary business plan, financial models and executive presentation.
候选人条件
• Degree in Electronics Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration and preferably with an MBA.
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience which should include at least 5 years’ in strategy planning/business consulting role or in solution consulting.
• Knowledge in the telecommunications trend and technology, and ideally have in-depth knowledge/experience in one of following areas: Fixed technology/applications (eg. Broadband/FTTX, NGN, and IPTV); wireless/mobile technology/applications (eg. HSPA, LTE, Mobile broadband applications); and convergence (eg. UC, FMC).
• Candidates with relevant experience acquired from an operator or a telecom vendor or a professional consultancy environment will definitely have an advantage.
• Candidates will have a mature character and be able to cultivate relationship and initiate dialogue with the senior management in a company.
• Candidates need to be analytical and strategically minded. He/she is required to demonstrate a high level of initiatives and able to work independently, but at the same time is a team player.
• Computer literate and good presentation skills. Good command of English (both written and oral) and desirably Putonghua as well.
