Reporting to:
Director in Brazil
Travelling:
Extensively to suppliers within China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and qualify new suppliers
+ Identify adequate suppliers for a specific type of part / application
+ Specify Mold characteristics according to customers’ requirements
+ Quote and support negotiating of the procurement of supplier services
+ Follow-up manufacturing activities after an order has been initiated:
> Review mold design, critical analysis according to specifications
> Review time schedule, to accomplish targeted lead-times
> Weekly reports with on-site visits to document progress status on Jobs
> Participate with mold tryouts
> Inspect first samples
> Mold approval, according to specifications and parts requirements
+ Coordinate Packaging and export logistics
+ Final Project report (planned-executed)
+ Keep well organized documentations on each JOB.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree, major in mold design, mold or mechanical engineering
+ At least 5 years’ experience with tool making and mold design
+ Good knowledge of tool-shop processes and plastic injection
+ CAD software knowledge: (Ex: PRO-E, UG, CATIA, Solidworks)
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel, Outlook AND MS-Project
+ Preferably well organized and high planning capacity
+ Efficient and effective communicator
+ Excellent planning / Organizing skills
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
+ Dynamic, results oriented.
+ Ability to get things accomplished.
+ Ability to work under pressure and with short lead-times
+ Self-confident
+ Open minded, improvisational and smart in finding solutions
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills
+ Willing to live and work in the greater Ningbo OR Huangyan area
+ Above 28 years old
