Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Assure that China operations achieve or exceed the company’s requirements.
+ Planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and continuous improvements.
+ Recruitment, development and management of Team.
+ Final decision maker on operational and administrative matters.
+ Assist High Value Customer Accounts to facilitate Stable On-going Business Partnerships.
Requirements:
+ Relevant Technical or Business Degree.
+ Minimum of 15 years of progressive working experience and at least 8 years with people management.
+ Have direct and indirect sales channel management experience.
+ Proven China business practice and solid management skills.
+ Proven ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Relevant working experience in Government, Academic Research, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Construction and Public Health.
+ Fluent in written and spoken Chinese.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English.
+ Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.
+ Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to drive regional business strategies and implement associated tactical plans.
+ Self-motivated and directed.
