Job description:
Daily sales activity: solution design, Quotation by mail/fax/TEL, bid, Sales call, Sales visit, negotiation, business promotion, review and sign off quotations to customers and prepare service agreements with customers etc.
Key clients management: maintain good relationship with nationwide clients(existing key clients and potential clients); booking order rechecking; rate & terms confirmation with clients; clarify operation request with operator; service quality supervision; assist operator communicating with clients; A/R collecting;
Develop new Chemical business.
Biweekly Sales Report: Current business status; Biweekly sales activity; clients’ information; market information gathering and analysis; competitor information analysis; Service failure analysis.
To guide and support sales staff, clusters/branches in new chemical business development to ensure all the deals are commercial viable.
To support Chemical project initiative.
To maximize profit based on competitive cross border market, adhere company policy and margin not lower than RMB1000/TEU.
To control A/R in reasonable level where relevant: Adhere TMT credit policy strictly; credit risk analysis report; get debit confirmation fax back from clients; A/R clearing timely; hold cargo notice to operator once over credit; Explanation for A/R report; clarify A/R clearance with finance
Financial
Ensure that profitability targets are met
Management costs including administration cost of individual business unit are kept to minimum.
Requirement :
Commercial awareness/Aggressive/Strategic thinking & planning
Drive for result/success/profitability
Communication skill
Capability of handling chemical business
General railway operation knowledge
Chemical logistics background/knowledge preferred
Take initiatives for proper, timely action in all respects.
