Job Description
Activities include management and ownership of service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering the service for a specific Delivery Center. The Center will be contained in one or more buildings. Responsibility for meeting commitments across service, operational capability development, cost, efficiency improvement and the ability to scale that Center where required to support the growth agenda. Also include sales and solution support.
Key responsibilities:
•Cost of Service for all BPO operations and all cost types in that Center.
•Quality of Service, ensuring we meet all Client SLA's for all types of BPO work delivered from that Center.
•Speed if Service
•Delivery capability scaling to support the BPO growth ob<x>jectives
•Leadership of delivery resources in that Center.
•Build and optimize the high performance delivery team, with a focus on morale, community and employee engagement.
