Responsibilities:
- Principle Accountability is Technical Service for Specialty Chemicals in Nutrition (Food and Beverage) or Bio-Processing (pharmaceutical) industries.
- Technical Service to support sales and marketing in promoting our products in Nutrition (Food and Beverage) or Bio-Processing (pharmaceutical) industries.
- Design of application tests at our lab or customer side. Convince the customer about our product performance
- Information provider, Decision initiator, Decision maker on technical issues
- Increase in Sales for Bio-processing based on the budget given by marketing
- Good communication skills with customers, technical colleagues and sales and marketing. Balancing needs from technical side with commercial requirements
- Solving technical application problems based on the technical knowledge base and considering commercial effects of the decision
Qualifications:
1. Min master/ prefer PhD degree in Biology or Chemistry
2. min 5 years R&D or similar technical services experiences in Bio-processing (pharmaceutical ) Industry
3. Willingness to travel up to 60% of time
4. Must be good in spoken and written English.
5. Must be knowledgeable in Chromatography.
6. Knowledge of Simulated Moving Bed equipment used in Food and pharmaceutical industry preferred.
