北京某知名外资通信公司，招聘一些高级前沿研发顾问。
　　详细如下：
　　名称Sr. Staff/Staff SW Engineer
　　属于CTO Research & Technology team
　　
　　Roles & Responsibilities：
　　A self motivated Sr. Prototyping Software/System Engineer will be primarily working on proof-of-concept and prototyping projects in new and disruptive technology areas related to mobile communications and multimedia. The outcomes of these projects would potentially be the future features for SEMC products.
　　
　　The successful candidate for this role should have rapid prototyping capability with ability to quickly build working demo from a concept description. The selected candidate will be required to work with various communications protocols (at least GSM and WLAN) and develop applications for various real-time OS. The candidate is expected to independently develop solutions to prove the concept in a timely manner with very minimum help from others.
　　
　　Qualification：
　　R26; Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience in embedded software development.
　　
　　R26; Hand-on experience in low level C/C++ programming with strong skills in multithreaded applications, state machines and object-oriented design for mobile embedded systems. Experience in driver development would be a plus.
　　
　　R26; Solid knowledge in various realtime or Open OS, socket programming and network based application development. Experience in programming embedded applications on SEMC platforms would be a plus.
　　
　　R26; Hands-on experience in working with IP driven applications, eithernet, WLAN etc., experience in applications such as, VoIP, IM, DLNA etc. would be a plus
　　
　　R26; Very familiar with SW development tools for ARM-based processor and capable of debugging code in the environment of both in-device and emulator
　　
　　R26; Broad experience in multiple function areas for mobile device, including multimedia, networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, and the SIP with its extensions for IMS.
　　
　　
　　R26; A good team player with innovative thinking to make differences and take the ownership for his/her responsible areas.
　　
　　R26; Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
