Job description:
1)Selling the call center outsourcing service and develop account management plan to grow existing business
2)Preparing sales proposal and presentation, negotiate with customer on price/terms and conclude sales contracts
3)Managing the project implementation and respond customers requirement to ensure customer satisfaction
4)Coaching and developing the Sales & Marketing team
5)Participate with senior management to develop and implement short- and long-term business plans and objectives to produce and measure sales, profit and other operating objectives
Requirement:
1)Degree holder, with more than 2 years experience in managing outsourcing Call Center or selling Call Center solution
2)Successful track record in Sales & Marketing management positions in companies promoting services/products is a MUST
3)Aggressive, outgoing and an entrepreneur mind for a career
4)Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese, with strong analytical and problem-solving mind
5)Strong communication and presentable skills
6)Must be able to work in fast-paced and growing environment
7)Candidate with less experience may apply for Asst. Business Development Manager
