Senior Analog IC Manager
You will be the person who builds our Analog IC group from the ground up. You will join a team of highly competent ASIC designers involved in design, verification, and implementation (ASIC) of advanced signal processing algorithms for the physical layer of high speed wired data communication networks at speeds of 10G+. The types of algorithms that will be implemented include: PAM/QAM single/multi-carrier transceivers, single/multi-input adaptive equalizers/cancelers, single/multi-dimensioned FEC, digital filters, and interface/integration with analog functions.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop ASIC specification, architecture, and micro-architecture of signal processing and communications algorithms
• Define and document chip requirements, architecture, verification and lab test plan
• Bit-exact MATLAB and C/C++ system modeling and simulation
• Develop and run system level simulation suites of the transceiver and perform vector matching verification with RTL simulations
• Lab testing and debug of ASICs
• Documentation/application note development and customer support
• Attend standard committee meetings
• Support marketing group with customer meetings and collateral
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Team player, willing to take on a variety of projects, good listening skills, self motivator.
• Design, model, document and communicate transceiver IP to internal customers:
- create transceiver specs or block specs
- create verilog models
- define package and pc board requirements
• Characterize and debug transceiver designs for manufacturability:
- develop ATE and PVT test plans
- device testing (directly or managing test engineers in DVT group)
- support operations group in test and QA
Job Requirements :
• M.S.E.E. with 10+ yrs experience or PhD with 7+ yrs experience
• Expert knowledge in Communication Theory
• Expert knowledge in Digital Signal Processing algorithms
• Must have experience in Serdes system design, including ten gigabit Ethernet
• Expert in MATLAB, C/C++ programming
• Must have experience architecting communications systems for high performance ASIC based products.
• Working knowledge of Analog circuit behavior
• Working knowledge of Transmission line theory and s-parameters
• Good hands-on skills in the lab
• Experience in designing gigabit Ethernet PHY
• Experience in designing high-speed Clock and Data Recovery (CDR). PLLs is a very big plus.
• RTL coding is a plus
• Knowledge of IEEE-based 10G PHYs is a plus
Senior RF Manager

We are actively seeking talented RFIC expert who wants to join a dynamic, young, start-up in China and look for a challenge to build a team and take their technical knowledge to the next level. You will be responsible for the design of radios in various digital technologies including deep submicron CMOS. Design of RFIC blocks such as low noise, amplifier, power amplifier, front-end RF PLL and transceivers, RF Synthesizers, IF filters, transistor modeling for RF design, RF board and module design, and lab characterizations.
You will have the chance to work on projects targeting Bluetooth, WLAN, Cellular and Millimeter-wave. We are seeking to develop low power wireless for adhoc wireless network.

Job Requirements :
1. MS (or higher) in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Analog and/or RFIC Design.
2. Must have RF transistor level design skills.
3. Expertise in working in RF or millimeter-wave CMOS is a must.
4. Must be self-starter, have passion in his/her work, and be able to lead a team of RF design engineers.
5. Ideal candidates will have experience in several of the following areas:
- RF blocks used in transmitter and receivers
- Front-end (LNA, mixers, PA drivers, PAs) up to 60GHz
- PLL Design
- baseband blocks used in transceiver such as Filters
- Phased array design (phase shifter, antenna design, antenna feed, millimeter-wave packaging)
- Strong understanding of RF/analog design concepts.
- Knowledge of simulation tools such as Cadence, SpectreRF, and Agilent ADS.
- Knowledge of RF and analog circuit design and layout.
