BRM/R12 Developer
We need billing, EBS, C, PL/SQL skills. It is not realistic for everybody to have all the skills. Instead we should look at what skills this pool of 5 resources can provide collectively.
1.3 resources must have 2+ years in C programming.
2.2 resources must have 1+ years with PL/SQL.
3.1 resource must have billing experience.
4.1 resource must have 1+ years of EBS experience (preferable in R12 integration).
5.Good English communication skills (listening and speaking)
6.Good teamwork
QA Lead
Requirement:
•Strong English communication skill.
•Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related major.
•5+ years experience in enterprise application testing.
•1+ years experience in OSS/BSS testing
•2+ years work experience in global company.
•Strong knowledge on testing methodology and process.
•Strong collaboration, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
Responsibility:
•Analyze business reqirement, make test plan and deliver application testing with high quality.
•WebEx Go To Market release testing.
•Conduct release UAT and end to end testing.
•Work closely with global delivery managers to ensure productivity and high quality delivery.
