Job description
Leading all activities of the application services team to drive the technology adoption, engineering innovation that enables Delivery Unit overall return on enterprise ecosystem engagement, solution sales, competition wins and high-impact deals
As the senior consulting manager, you will be joining the leadership team to lead a group of technical architects in guiding the enterprise innovative delivery using different technologies and winning the platform option.
Education Requirements
B.S or M.S or above Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Experience Requirements
• The ideal candidate should have minimum of 8 years of application services industry experience with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experienced in leading or delivering health care relevnat project will be a strong plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills and ability to collaborate with teams with different cultures.
• A proven track record in set-up & managing teams, developing business strategies and shipping high quality products, solutions and services.
• Must have experience in building relationships up, across and throughout an organization.
• Experienced in lead or deliver health care solution will be a strong plus.
Personal Characteristics
• Self-motivated, quick learner, good team worker, highly responsive and proactive person
Work under pressure and be able to multitask.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
• Identify new business opportunity and strategic initiatives with leading technical competency in vertical industry
• Manage the P&L and define the roadmap for whole department.
• Work cooperatively with other managers both within and outside to achieve the overall goals of the Department.
• Manages and oversees the administration of personnel activities, including hiring, promoting, evaluating, establishing performance standards and reviews, training, assigning of work responsibilities, and disciplining of staff within department.
• Reviews the work progress of department projects and activities to ensure they are in compliance with the planned schedule and budget
