• Responsibility on RTR delivery
• Reviewing RTR activities and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of its deliverables
• Ensuring quality customer service provided to FUSO Japan market
• Ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering the service within agreed deadlines and at the required quality)
• Oversees processing of regular GL postings, coordinating with PTP and OTC team to perform period end closing.
• Oversees fix assets accounting processing and postings.
• Oversees preparation and consolidation of general ledger financial reports in compliance with GAAP requirement.
• Manages partnered vendor to ensure correct payroll calculation and posting.
• Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues
• Makes sure that period, quarter and annual close requirements from own team are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ability to provide assistance to the staff
• Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Delivery Lead
• Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to.
• Make sure all processes within RTR is compliant with client control standard.
• The point of contact between Accenture and the client senior management on service level requirements, service issues, and customer satisfaction
• Assisting in hiring the appropriate skill set for the job
