主要职责：主要负责300多人的研发中心的软件，硬件设备的采购
具体职位要求如下：
1，Minimum 3 years of procurement experience gained in a
multinational and non-manufacturing environment; prior work experience in a technology engineering environment will be a distinct advantage;
2，Must have at least 1 year of strategic sourcing or project
management experience in procuring technology hardware/software products;
3，Must also have procurement experience for at least two of the
following commodities: testing equipments, network computing infrastructure, telecommunications, application licensing, technical services, maintenance services, marketing, Finance or HR related services, hotel, travel agency, real estate, or facilities management;
4，Must be ethnical, mature, self initiative, result oriented, and
be able to manage multiple projects by working with the business leaders, CIP commodity managers and peers in a remote setting; previous experience working in multiple time-zone, culturally diverse environment will be an added advantage;
5，Must have a commercial bachelor degree; other qualifications in
laws of contract, CPM, PMP or six sigma will be advantageous;
6，Must have good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
