Management System Analyst
(Corporate Culture Development)
objective To Enhance and Progress Corporate Culture in accordance with Localization & Globalization Strategy-Vision.
Accountable to MS Team Leader (Senior Manager)
Responsible for Researching & Planning Implementation of Corp. Culture Initiatives at the China, Local Level.
Working relationships Working with MS Team of 4-6, 1 Team Leader/Director
Key result areas Enhancing Employee Engagement
Communicating Corp. Cultural Message
Innovating Corp. Culture at the Local Level
Key tas Research & Analysis of Current MS Systems as it Relates to Localization
Strategy & Planning for Spread of MS Culture
Hands-On Training & Introduction to MS as well as Innovative and Progressive Concepts
Core ills Language: English-Fluent (All-Around)
Public Speaking/Presentation (Bi-Lingual)
Soft ills
Time Horizon 3+ Years Related Corp. Culture/HR Experience
Multi-National or Work Abroad Experience Preferred
Education Background Ph.D in:
Economics, Psychology, HR , Business Admin.
