Main Roles and Responsibilities

1. Working primary interface to Ovi Store Service Delivery organization aligning solution release’s srum cycles, production milestones and O&M requirements for the Ovi Store Platform.
2. Define, implement, monitor and reporting of Ovi Store Key Performance Indicator metrics to fulfil business requirements.
3. Have a local responsibility for management of testing and acceptance activities between development and production phases.
4. Provide regular reporting and deliverables follow-up to Head of Service Delivery, China and D&D stakeholders.
5. Agree and deploy necessary actions required to maintain and improve performance and capacity levels.
6. Manages 3rd party partners in own area.
7. Have a responsibility for customer satisfaction and Ovi Store deliverables towards Operators
8. Plan and manage execution of the above actions.

Competencies
• Proven experience in developing and operating large and scalable services
• Proven experience in developing and operating application environments
• Wide experince on IT infrastructure
• Strong team player
• Project and Partner Management
• Capability to work in multitasking situation under pressure
• Problem solving skill
• Proven experience in service lifecycle management (e.g., ITIL)
• Java, Perl and Python programming skills are an advantage
• Databa<x>se management skills are an advantage
• Experience on service monitoring and related tools
• Attention for details
• Efficiency and quality
• Fluent English
• Fluent Chinese Mandarin is an advantage
