RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Delivers billable engagements to customers in the development of industry specific systems focused on Avaya technology consulting assignments. Billable customer engagements target is 60%
2.Provide key technical leadership for Professional Services teams to build and install turnkey business solutions
3.Assists sales teams in technical pre-sales activities related to Professional Services using Best Practices for solution architecture (target 40%)
4.Evangelise, educate regional associates on Industry trends & directions as well as technical capabilities of Professional Services and Avaya solutions
5.Creation of case studies and industry white papers
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1.In region APS revenue pipeline
2.APS Solution Assurance adherence
3.Incremental revenue from identified strategic customers
4.Localised case study development and supporting collateral
5.APS Customer satisfaction
