Responsibilities:
1. Define and drive vision &strategy
2. Work with partners and senior leaders across company to get buy in to the strategy
3. Build, couch and lead a strong program management team to drive features from planning to design to successful delivery V1 large scale high quality and innovative email service.
4. Work with partner to define the scenarios & requirements
5. Write and drive high quality technical specification
6. Contribute to architecture design.
7. Work with feature team to drive features from planning to design to successful delivery and verify the functionality being built
8. Partner with operations & deployment to roll out the service.
9. Develop deep expertise in email technology and business.
10. Manage partner relationship
Qualifications:
1. A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. 5+ years program management experience
3. Strong leadership and team building skill
4. Familiar with large scale email server side technology.
5. possess following core PM skills
A) Strong customer empathy and attention to detail
B) Strong at designing features that users love
C) Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to influence through written, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
D) Proven track record of working with dev/test in a product group,
E) Great project management skills. Ability to handle multiple concurrent releases; and demonstrated experience driving for results
6. Enjoy working on complex technical & business problems
7. Full software development life cycle experience. Agile methodology preferred.
8. Experience shipping commercial large scale email system is preferred.
