职位描述与分析
Key Account Manager
Factor 1: Accountability
第一部分：主要职责
-Responsible for the sales Management for key Account, set up strong and long-term relationship with KAs and meet the annual Sales Target.
负责公司大客户业务关系管理，与大客户总部及分公司建立长期而密切的关系，完成公司每年针对大客户设定的销售任务；
-Keep effective communication with technical, purchase and design department of HQ of KA, Coordinate the relationship between the Internal departments with KA’s relative departments to set up all-around KA relationship, propose products sales Strategy.
-保持与大客户总部技术、采购、设计等部门的有效沟通，协调公司技术/生产/质量部门与大客户对应部门进行沟通，实现全方位客户营销管理；
-制定产品营销策略；
-Assist area sales managers to develop the Sales in the branches of KAs.
协助各区域销售经理实现对大客户各区域分公司的销售；
Scope Data 工作范围
Product Scope产品范围：Regulators调压产品
Area Scope地域范围：whole country全国
Required
1.MBA，Engineering background工科专业背景；
2.Industrial products or gas companies working experiences, familiar with gas industry工业产品/或燃气行业从业经验，熟悉行业特点；
3.Minimum 5 years in sales and 3 years in management 5年以上销售经验/3年以上管理经验；
4.Marketing management experiences preferred.有市场营销管理经验者优先。
•Effective technical support有效的技术支持；
•Know product, industry and customer to improve supporting capability了解产品、行业及客户以提高支持能力；
•Effectively develop project sales and key accounts management work有效开展项目型销售及大客户管理工作
Report to sales director向销售总监汇报
Coordinate technical, operation, quality sales, service department, set up all-around KA service system.协调技术/生产运营/质量/销售/售后服务等各个部门，建立全方位的大客户服务体系。
Other Comments

— Require frequent business travel.需要经常出差。
