Business development Manager
Job Summary
The *** is urgently seeking a Business development Managers to support marketing director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The primary job responsibility is to develop comprehensive growth strategies by focusing on business development, marketing and sales of IG Air purification products/services to the Chinese oil, gas and refining businesses by:
• prospecting new accounts
• developing existing contacts
• searching out and verifying valid sales opportunities
• promotion of the company’s solutions in line with the company’s strategy
• providing technical, commercial and contractual responses to each opportunity
• working closely with both the sales and technical teams in the Chinese market and in Germany
• interfacing to and to be responsible for a number of client accounts
• taking an active role in achieving the company’s targets
REQUIREMENTS:
• High communication skills
• Mandarin Chinese and an excellent command of written and spoken English
• University degree Chemical Engineering or a technical related field is required. Advanced degree (Ph.D or M.B.A is desirable).
• + years’ business experience in exhaust gas treatment is desirable.
• Catalyst know-how is a must
• Successful achievement customer relations or technical sales
• Self confident and motivated
• Ability to run the day to day business according to general guidelines and objectives
• Experience with a start up operation is a plus
In addition:
• Ideal location is: Shanghai
• Must be able to travel frequently.
