Responsibilities
- Personal Assistant to the General Manager
- Travelling with the General Manager throughout China looking at suppliers, at the local partners
- Acting as interpreter, guide, assistant and tutor to the General Manager
-Organize the office into a proper filing system
-Schedule necessary appointments
-Administration organization
- Experience as Personal Executive Assistant
- Willing to travel extensively throughout China
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English / Mandarin essential, closely communicate with head office / overseas clients
- Able to work independently with detailed and organized working manner
- Minimum 5 years experience
-Strong leadership skills within a team setting
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Mature, aggressive & independent
