Sr. SQA Engineer

职位描述
Responsibilities
•Involved in SysRS analysis and provide requirement on testability, foresee and evaluate the risk in the project
•Define test plan, design and run test cases, include: test bench setup, integrated test, system test and soak test, regression test
•Keep well communication with the team member in English and Chinese, co-operate with other engineers to solve the problems
•Provide correct and test report and test result analysis
•keep on study and improving the test method and product quality
•Willing and be able to travel to USA
Minimum Required
•Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
•3 + years minimum experience as an SQA engineer in telecom/network enterprise.
•Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP etc.
•Experience with Linux. Good understanding of real-time operating system concepts.
•Experience with software quality assurance
•Well communication in Chinese and English, outstanding in work independently and resolve problems
•Good team work spirit
•Above CET-4
Preferred Experience
•Experience with signaling processing in media gateway or VOD system, or knowledge of switched digital video technologies would be a very strong plus.
•Experience with MIB, multicast or stream media protocol like SNMP, IGMP, RTP/RTCP, and RTSP.
•Fluent oral and written English would be a strong plus

通信软件测试工程师
工作职责：
•参与软件项目的需求分析，关注可测性，并能预先评估项目风险
•制订测试计划，设计测试用例，执行测试，包括：测试环境搭建，集成测试，系统测试和压力测试，回归测试
•保持和项目组成员的有效沟通，协调问题和缺陷的有效解决，当发现项目潜在风险的时候协调各团队解决问题。
•提供准确的测试报告和分析
•责任心强，进行技术钻研，持续改进测试方法
最低要求：
•计算机科学，计算机工程或电子工程本科毕业
•3年以上通信和计算机网络类企业测试相关工作经验
•熟悉TCP/IP等网络协议
•熟悉实时操作系统和Linux
•熟悉软件质量保证方法
•良好的中英文沟通能力，较强的独立工作和解决问题的能力
•良好的团队合作精神
• 可以短期海外出差
有以下经验者优先考虑：
• 有媒体网关或VOD上信令处理经验，有交换式数字视频网络知识背景特别优先
• 熟悉SNMP/IGMP/RTP/RTCP/RTSP等MIB,组播和流媒体相关协议
• 流利的口语和写作英语能力特别优先
