Job Description:
1. Work closely with Product Managers to define visions for products and user experience.
2. Analyze user behavior and deliver user-centered web application designs.
3. Design web information architecture and work flow; deliver product prototypes and mock ups.
4. Lead usability testing and continuously optimize user experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 2 years’ related experience in a fast-growing software or internet company.
2. Hands-on knowledge of web application design and implementation, user interviewing, persona definition, concept diagramming and site mapping.
3. Strong command of Axure, Photoshop，Dreamweaver, CSS，DIV，HTML, javascript and ActionScript.
4. Creativity, strong communication skills.
5. Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.

职位描述：
1．与产品经理协同工作，负责网站产品前期的规划构思，完善产品概念；
2．分析总结网站产品界面的人机交互需求；
3．设计网站产品界面的信息架构、用户操作流程等，给出产品原型；
4．执行产品可用性测试，持续改进产品。
职位要求：
1．本科以上学历，2年以上互联网产品交互设计经验；
2．熟悉网站产品开发流程，能熟练运用用户访谈、角色定义、概念图、网站地图及线框图等交互设计方法；
3．能熟练运用手绘/草图，Axure，Photoshop，Dreamweaver等原形设计工具，熟悉 CSS，DIV，HTML，javascript，ActionScript；
4．眼界开阔，有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力；
5．有较强的学习能力，对工作有强烈的责任心。
