Responsibility:
1. The position is based in China and will require close interaction and coordination with the global organization.
2. Lead a sales team to develop the business for aggressive growth.
3. Formulate a sustainable business strategy and implementation plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and business results.
4. Manage key accounts development, penetration and improvement.
5. Identify potential growth areas and new account developments to capture ongoing business opportunities.
6. Coordinate and facilitate cross functional communication and process improvement.
Qualification:
1. Ability to establish relationships at all levels within a customer organization.
2. Requires understanding of the market, developing solutions, customer relationships, partner go-to market.
3. Have positive attitude, pro-active behavior, and a high desire for achievement.
4. Aggressive, people-oriented, result-oriented & business acumen, open-minded and willing to take challenges.
5. Strong leadership skill to drive sales achievement and business development.
6. Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science or relevant.
7. At least 8 years Sales experience with 5 years hands on Sales management and business planning experience.
8. Be good at writing, speaking, listening and reading both in Chinese and English.
9. Travel frequently.
