Job Description: 1. Lead User Experience team to define product and user experience vision and implementation strategy.
2. Lead a team to analyze user behavior, to deliver user-centered web application design and to specify the UE/UI standard.
3. Lead a team to design web information architecture, work flow and to deliver product prototype and mock up.
4. Lead a team to execute usability test and to continuously optimize user experience.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, at least 5 years related experience in a fast-growing internet company and 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Hands-on knowledge of web application design and implementation, user interview, persona definition, concept diagram and site map.
3. Strong command of using Axure, Photoshop，Dreamweaver, CSS，DIV，HTML, ja<x>vasc<x>ript and ActionScript.
4. Full of creativities, strong communication skills.
5. Quick learner, and high responsibility for work..

职位描述：
1．领导用户体验设计团队, 负责网站整体用户体验的规划构思, 实施及完善；
2．领导团队分析总结网站产品界面的人机交互需求，制订交互和体验规范；
3．领导团队成员设计网站产品界面的信息架构、用户操作流程等，给出产品原型；
4．领导团队进行产品可用性测试，持续改进产品。
职位要求：
1．本科以上学历，5年以上互联网产品交互设计经验和至少2年团队管理经验；
2．熟悉网站产品开发流程，能熟练运用用户访谈、角色定义、概念图、网站地图和线框图等交互设计方法；
3．能熟练运用手绘/草图，Axure，Photoshop，Dreamweaver等原形设计工具，熟悉 CSS，DIV，HTML，ja<x>vascript，ActionScript；
4．眼界开阔，有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力；
5．有较强的学习能力，对工作有强烈的责任心。
