HR Manager/ HR Director Vacancy
Company: The Company is the leading company in Marine and Industry Service industry worldwide. This company has over 170 years history in marine and ship industry with her head office in England and branch offices around the world. This organization has more than 500 hundreds employees in China alone.
工作地点： Shanghai CBD (黄浦区)
Salary range：Competitive ( RMB500K and above)
Report Line: General Manager in China and HR Director for Asia Area
Staff in HR Team: 5
描述及要求：
Job description:
1. To work closely with GM and Asian HRD in Marine Industry China and other Asian area.
2. To ensure the hiring process in Marine Industry China is in compliance with company group HR Policies and Procedures.
3. To set up orientation training plan for new starters in Marine Industry China as well as in other countries and keep the track of the process to meet the requirement in accordance with GMS
4. Execute routine HR management work
5. To liaise with HR or Marine Industry business manager in British headquarter and other Asian countries to solve the problem in HR management field
6. To work with current PRC country based HR team to settle any ad hoc HR issues in Marine Industry
Requirement:
1. BA Degree majored in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2. More than 10 years working experiences in HR functions with 5 years management experience.
3. Solid knowledge of the whole hiring process and orientation training for new starters
4. Strong communication skills /Good command of both written and oral English
5. Oversea HR experience and Asia Pacific responsibility is preferred
6. Good potential to develop quickly / can work under pressure
