Main responsibilities:
Establish and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts such as Power Utilities, Design Institutes, and Key Industry Customers;
Formulate market strategy and implement sales programs; Identify potential customers and proactively identify new business opportunities in Europe;
Establish annual budget/forecast and control local sales & marketing expense
Show leadership, guide and motivate sales team to achieve set sales target;
Supervise commercial operations for major projects, covering quotation, bidding, negotiation, AR collection, etc;
Work with commercial and technical functions to effectively support customers and distributors;
Maximize revenues and profitability; Improve customer service level.
Bachelor degree or above, electric automation education background with understanding of technical issues(international business and relevant background will be considered as well.)
Master of Business Administration degree preferred;
Professional experience:
Over 8-year working experience with multinational companies, including at least 3-year in sales management position;
Profound experience in various types of sales such as project sales, power utility and distribution;
Proven track record of working in sales function of multicultural international business environment.
