1. Process Engineer-Food&Beverage
职位描述：
Job Description:
-Preparation of conceptual/facility definition studies
-Minimum of 10 year’s industrial design experience
-Conceptual Design, PFDs Mass and Flow balance
-Process Simulation(Hysys, Pro-II, Provision, other)
-Sizing of Plant/Equipment/Lines/valves/miscellaneous units
-Preparation of P&IDs
-HAZOP Studies when required
-Design of Equipment & Piping Systems
-Review of Vendor Documents, piping planning drawings, piping isometrics, etc.
- Construction Process Site Engineering
-Pre-commissioning / Commissioning procedures
-Start-up, Validation
Skills Required:
A plus:
-Chemical or Mechanical who’s worked in Food Industries and or Pharmaceutical and or Biotechnology field.
-GDI experience
-International experience
-Willing to learn
-Sanitary Design, GMP, HACCP
-Membrane Filtration,
-Pasteurization / Sterilization
-Homogenization,
-CIP, SIP, SOP,
-Wet Processing and dry processing equipment
-Packaging
-Wastewater pre-treatment and minimization
-Regulatory
-Instrument and Control, Automation System, Manufacturing System Integration.
2. Senior Project Manager
职位描述：
Requirements:
§ Civil, MEP, Pharmaceutical or Chemical university degree with professional or equivalent qualification registration.
§ Minimum of 10-15 year’s industrial design experience for foreign-invested projects (with emphasis on electronics and high technology projects), overseas experience an asset.
§ Ability to coordinate multiple design disciplines on a variety of projects including Manufacturing, Chemical & Electronics.
§ Strong capabilities in programming, design scheduling, budget preparation and management, and personnel allocation.
§ Familiar with Chinese design institute structure
§ Ability to communicate effectively with clients and company management.
§ Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills required.
§ Excellent communication skills in English.
§ Computer Literate using MS Office.
Responsibilities:
§ Proposal writing, conceptual design cost, and the ability to formulate strategies in design/build environments
§ Client satisfaction through strong written and oral communications will be expected
§ Ability to identify potential customers and secure projects
§ Can travel is must.
Possesses detailed understanding in the area of pharmaceutical and biotechnology.
Experience with FDA regulated facilities in cGMP environment.
Experience with labs, pilot plants and commercial manufacturing facilities in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology.
Understanding of typical process unit operations common to biotechnology, including capability to design, size, and specify process equipment.
