Senior PQA Manager(Japanese & English)-Dalian
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage GDC China Dalian Site PQA team
• Lead team to conduct SQA related process compliance review and support to delivery projects by meeting FY09 PQA targets.
• Lead team to implement Global Integration Strategy when related to PQA such as Joint PQA activities
• Support Global Delivery China Center’s new initiatives – Lean, ISO20000 and ISO27001 etc
• Perform Program Management Reviews with Senior management leaders to escalate and resolve issues
• Involve in Trouble projects to drive improvements if needed
Qualifications:
• At least 8 years IT Software Development or Outsourcing experiences, computer Science background is preferred.
• At least 3 years people manager experiences
• At least 2-3 years direct project management experiences
• At least 2-3 years direct SQA or PPQA experiences
• Familiar with CMM/CMMI, ISO 20000, ISO27001, PMP certification is advantage, Lean Sigma/6Sigma certification is advantage
• Skillful in both verbal and written Japanese, Japanese Level 1 is preferred. Could communicate verbal and written English, average above.
• Familiar with Global Delivery Model
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good Team-work and self-motivated
⢠Provide hands-on support on troubled / high risk project recovery.
⢠Participate in continuous process improvement through quantitative measurement collection & analysis, root cause analysis and OFI handling.
Qualification:
⢠At least 5 years IT experiences.
⢠PMP certification with At least 3 years Outsourcing Project management experiences.
⢠At least 2 years direct SQA or PPQA experiences
⢠Good communication and leadership skills.
⢠Skillful in both verbal and written English-CET 4 above.
⢠Japanese skill level 2 or above is advantage.
⢠Experienced in software delivery process improvement, a SEPG experience is advantage.
⢠Six sigma certification is advantage.
