一、Game Producer:
Job Description:
1、 Understand, refine, maintain and disseminate the product vision with Executive Producers
2、 Liaises with different departments to facilitate and drive communication (programming, art, design and business personnel)
3、 Works with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion
4、 Coordinates, tracks and manages the activities of personnel to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
5、 Provides motivation and direction to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
6、 Assists the Executive Producers with creative and organizational tasks as necessary and other duties as may be assigned
7、 Maintain close communication with outside developers to ensure they meet contractual requirements.
Job Requirements:
1、 Minimum of 3 years game development experience at the Producer level or above
2、 Online game experience preferred
3、 Credit on shipped title(s), including at least one as Producer or above
4、 Knowledge of software development process, project management and performance management
5、 Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner
6、 Highly organized, professional, and efficient
7、 Fluency in English and Chinese
Bachelor degree or above

二、Online Game QA Manager
Job Description:
- Manage the QA team, coordinate with the development team to ensure the quality and the timeliness of development
- Establish effective QA processes, enforce and improve test policies to create an efficient work environment
- Create test reports in Chinese and/or English according to specifications and requirements
Job Requirement:
- 3+ years experience in game industry/software QA
- Expertise in standard software testing and designing test cases
- Experienced in gaming
- Exceptional analytical and organization skills
- Good command of written and oral English
Bachelor degree or above, computer related degree
