说宝堂的软件产品总监主要是帮助公司管理公司的英语学习软件的设计，主要的工作职责包括：业务需求的了解和分析，用户研究，软件产品的原型开发，规格定义，产品发布和改进。为了达到这些目标，产品总监需要管理好优秀的产品部门并且和其他部门保持密切的合作。
职位描述：
产品总监的具体工作职责如下
1. 参与公司长期战略和短期工作目标的制定和优化，提供产品相关的建议；
2. 有效管理公司的产品经理团队。产品经理对软件产品的全生命周期负责，包括业务需求分析，产品设计，发布，改进；
3. 根据业务项目的优先级，安排产品部门的资源；
4. 建立和优化部门内部和部门间的工作关系和流程，加强工作效率和合作；
5. 安排产品设计的评估，提高产品设计的质量和效率；
6. 从产品管理工具方面提供支持。
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven software product director of ELL to help us grow to the next level. This position requires the candidate to provide guidance in software product design including business requirement analyses, user study, prototyping, specification design, product launch and improvement. Driving the effective delivery of ELL software products will require the candidate to develop and maintain a high-quality and self-motivated product department and strong relationships with other departments.
Job Description:
As a Director of Software Product for Saybot, your responsibilities will be to:
1. Participate in creating the company's short-term and long-term goals and strategies and to provide ELL product advice.
2. Manage a group of Product Managers, who fulfill business requirements and design and deliver effective ELL products through entire product life cycles (research, planning, design, development, launch, and improvement).
3. Follow business projects’ priorities and allocate product design resources.
4. Establish and refine various intradepartmental and interdepartmental protocols and policies to ensure effective productivity and collaboration.
5. Provide best practice/case/product evaluation to improve product design and productivity (customization to general solutions).
6. Support production management tools.
职位要求：
1. 计算机、软件或工程专业本科；
2. 3年以上软件设计，开发，部署经验；
3. 3年以上的软件产品设计，开发，管理经验，并且有过至少一次软件产品或者网络产品的开发周期管理经验；
4. 有英语教学经验者优先；
5. 有创造力和主动性；
6. 拥有卓越的分析能力，战略眼光以及良好的表达能力；
7. 同时具有出色的中英文沟通能力；
8. 擅长管理，拥有商业头脑，并有能力将核心商业需求转化为产品解决方案。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent.
2. 3+ years of experience in software design, development, and deployment.
3. 3+ years of experience in software product design and management of the life-cycle of at least one software or web-based product.
4. Knowledge about English language learning is a plus.
5. High level of creativity and strong initiative.
6. Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
7. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese.
8. Strong entrepreneurship, business acumen, and the ability to translate the needs of business requirements into product solutions.
