-Developing partnership for Interactive Entertainment Group in specific market, including content acquisition, IP licensing and publishing;
-Managing commercial execution of such partnership, including research on target companies, deal process, integration process, and relationship management;
-Analyze strategic opportunities and support development / execution of content sourcing strategy;
-Evaluate and assess potential partners and acquisition targets;
-Lead negotiation and contract development for key projects;
-Support publishing businesses with in-depth analysis。
Requirement:
-BA/BS and at least 2-3 years work experience.
-Gaming or media publishing experience preferred.
-Contract development experience desirable;
-Problem solving and analytic ability
-Can generate strategic insights;
-Relationship building and interpersonal ability -
-Works well in teams;
