Chief Financial Officer in Hong Kong
1. Annual Package：Up to RMB One Million, depending on individual candidate’s experience.
2. Working Location: Hong Kong
3. Our client is wholly owned by Maersk Group and has more than 300 staff in the world.
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
1. Member of the executive management team of Company.
2. Member of the strategic and business plan group.
3. To lead and manage finance & accounting, administration and IT functions for Company group of companies in all locations, including but not limited to Asia Pacific and Indian Ocean areas
4. To provide best accounting services based on requirement from the Board of Directors, business units management and local government.
5. To assist the operational controls and operational management of Company group of companies from finance and accounting viewpoint.
6. To coordinate audits and related matters with internal and external auditors.
7. To optimize cash flow and minimize treasury exposure of Company group of companies.
8. To provide financial analysis support when management contemplates acquisition and investments and assist in investment analysis and record update.
9. To ensure the corporate governance and risk management practices adhere to guidelines and procedures issued by the Maersk Group.
10. To minimize company risk
11. To manage operational taxation issues.
Specific requirements for the position
1. Experience in managing a large organization.
2. Proven ability to deliver according to ambitious, specific requirement.
3. Candidates with following experience will be highly preferable.
4. Responsibilities covers Asia Pacific regional
5. Indian join venture company set-up experience
