说宝堂在寻找几位热情的，有软件开发经验的，并且是以结果为导向的售前支持成员，与我们一起实现公司的快速健康成长。 说宝堂的售前支持主要是帮助公司全程管理业务伙伴的业务需求，配合产品和开发部规划，设计，部署，和支持公司的产品和服务。
工作职责：
1. 负责合作伙伴项目的全生命周期管理，包括业务立项分析、项目开发协调、优化升级支持；
2. 负责挖掘和分析合作伙伴及其终端用户的学习系统业务需求；
3. 能将客户的业务需求有效整理成项目需求文档，并有效协调公司内部产品及开发部门共同完成业务项目；
4. 市面同类竞争业务的追踪分析。
Job Description:
Saybot is looking for several enthusiastic, software-savvy, and results-driven pre-sales to help us to grow to the next level. This position requires quality candidates to work with our business clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate our Product and Development Department to design, deliver, deploy, and support the company’s English Language Learning (ELL) products and services for our business clients.
As a pre-sales for Saybot, your responsibilities will be to:
1. Coordinate each business project’s lifecycle including business presentation, business project analysis, development coordination, post-sales support.
2. Collect and analyze these business requirements of our business clients and their students.
3. Document various business requirements and communicate them with other departments in order to finish each business project.
4. Follow and analyze market trends and competitive products and service.
职位要求：
1. 具备2-3年大型软件开发或实施的项目管理经验，具备较强的系统分析能力；
2. 具备较强的客户需求调研能力和客户沟通技巧；
3. 良好的中英文表达能力；
4. 熟悉各类计算机及软件知识；
5. 有丰富的英语教学经验或教学软件设计经验者优先；
6. 有良好的客户服务意识和团队协作精神；
7. 工作认真负责、富有热情、细心，有良好的人际关系处理技巧。
Job Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in software project development or software project management.Outstanding problem solving and analytical abilities.
2. Strong communication and business analysis capabilities
3. Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.
4. A wide knowledge of computer software.
5. Experience in English teaching or English teaching course designing is a plus.
6. Good at team work and client service.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and responsible.
