职位描述
1. Operation Excellence
- Improve delivery efficiency: review and standardize current processes; introduce innovative processes and methods;
- Develop service offerings: develop new service offerings and solutions;
- Customer relationship management: maintain strong relationship with key customers;
- Serve as member of leadership team, providing insight into business strategy.
2. Team management
- Review and adjust organization structure to meet business needs;
- Identify, coach, empower and motivate key team members;
- Define KPI for direct reports and conduct regular performance appraisal.
3. P&L management
- Manage the financial performance of the unit, meet or exceed pre-agreed financial targets;
Develop budget and conduct cost control.
职位要求 1. Deep domain experience with wireless and telephone company, exposure to IT industry will be a plus
2. Specifically around: R&D process of mobile devices from concept design to field test
3. At least 10 years of working experience and is currently in a Business Development or GN role
4. Can manage a Profit & Loss of >U$15m
5. Reasonable level of English proficiency … at least participate in calls with English speaking clients
6. Capable to managing a team of professional and technology
7. Strong team player and goal oriented
8. The experience working in Nokia, Motorola is preferred.
9. Bachelor’s degree or above
