Position: Channel Manager
Responsibilities:
-Motivates and manages a direct sales force within China focus on Manufacture industry
-Determines proper channel coverage, authorizations, compliance with policies, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment.
-Acts as a business consultant to help resellers and/or distributors set their strategy.
-Coordinates with sales teams on reseller quotas, authorization requirements, programs and policies.
-Maintains relationships with resellers and/or distributors. Responsible for maintaining “health of channel”. Ensures channel -Plans road shows in order to build channel business. Creates marketing events to generate sales leads.
-Provides authorization for discounts to channel. Ensures consistency with discount programs.
Requirement:
-More than 10 years channel sales/account sales experience in IT industry.
-Understand the channel business model and channel marketing
-Strong communication skill and presentation skill Proactive thinking & action
-Aggressiveness in terms of execution
-Strong business acumen market & channels
-Good written and verbal English
