Essential Job Functions
Manages functional area or department account leads on large accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
Develops demand forecasts with account teams on large accounts to assist functional area or department in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
Works with functional area or department to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts.
Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. Performs and/or oversees budget analysis.
Maintains approval authority for expenditures for the account in line with the authority matrix.
Manages the complex relationship between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.
Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures satisfactory delivery of all projects.
Partners with functional area or department to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for the account.
Supports the development of new business proposals and introduces new technology to continually enhance business solutions.
Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
Twelve or more years of support services, project, or program experience
Nine or more years of supervisory or management experience included
Experience working with technology industry
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Other Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Willingness to travel
